Overview
This guide will walk you through the complete setup process for Infini Reach. You'll learn how to:
- Get an invite code for device or WhatsApp registration
- Download and install the Android app
- Register your device or WhatsApp by scanning the invite QR code
- Choose your integration method (GHL, automation tools, conversation menu, or campaigns)
Time required: 5-10 minutes
Requirements: Android device (iOS not currently supported) with active SIM card for SMS relay, or WhatsApp account for WhatsApp relay
Note: Infini Reach currently supports Android devices only. iOS support is coming soon.
Get Your Invite Code
Generate an invite code for device or WhatsApp registration
Infini Reach uses invite codes to register devices and WhatsApp instances. You'll need to generate an invite code from your dashboard:
Log into your dashboard
Access your Infini Reach dashboard at your organization's URL
Choose registration type
Navigate to "Devices" for SMS relay or "WhatsApp" for WhatsApp relay
Generate invite code
Click "Register New Device" or "Add WhatsApp Instance" to generate an invite code
View QR code
A QR code will be displayed on screen - you'll scan this with the Android app
Two Types of Invites
Device Invite
For SMS relay using Android devices with SIM cards
Use this to register physical Android devices for SMS messaging
WhatsApp Invite
For WhatsApp relay using WhatsApp accounts
Use this to register WhatsApp instances for WhatsApp messaging
💡 Important: Each invite code can only be used once. After registration, the invite is automatically deactivated. Generate a new invite code for each device or WhatsApp instance you want to register.
Install the Android App
Download and install Infini Reach on your Android device
Infini Reach requires the Android app to relay messages. Currently, only Android devices are supported:

Download from Google Play Store or install the APK directly on your Android device
Or download the APK file directly if provided by your administrator
📱 Device Requirements:
- • Android device running Android 8.0 (API level 26) or higher
- • Active SIM card for SMS relay (device registration)
- • WhatsApp installed for WhatsApp relay (WhatsApp registration)
- • Internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)
- • Permissions: SMS, Phone, Notifications
⚠️ iOS Support: iOS support is not currently available. Infini Reach is Android-only at this time. iOS support is planned for a future release.
Register Your Device or WhatsApp
Scan the invite QR code to complete registration
After installing the Android app, register your device or WhatsApp instance by scanning the invite QR code:
Device Registration (SMS)
Open the Infini Reach Android app
Tap "Register Device" or scan QR code
Point camera at the invite QR code from your dashboard
Grant SMS, Phone, and Notification permissions
Device registers automatically and appears online
WhatsApp Registration
Generate WhatsApp invite from dashboard
QR code appears on registration page
Open WhatsApp on your phone
Go to Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device
Scan the QR code displayed on screen
WhatsApp instance connects automatically
✅ Success: Once registration is complete, your device or WhatsApp instance will appear as "Online" in your dashboard. Registration happens automatically after scanning the QR code - no manual token entry needed!
💡 Tip: The invite QR code contains all the information needed for registration. Simply scan it with the Android app (for devices) or WhatsApp app (for WhatsApp instances) and registration completes automatically.

GoHighLevel Integration
Best for: Teams already using GHL. Messages appear in GHL conversations, full CRM integration, contact management.
Automation Tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
Best for: Custom workflows, integrations with multiple tools, automated responses, webhook-based triggers.
Conversation Menu
Best for: Simple two-way messaging, customer support, interactive menus without external tools.
Campaigns
Best for: Marketing campaigns, bulk messaging, scheduled sends, personalized messages to contact lists.
💡 Tip: You can use multiple integration methods simultaneously. For example, use GHL for conversations and campaigns for marketing messages, or combine automation tools with the conversation menu.

Your device or WhatsApp is now registered and ready to relay messages
You can now send and receive SMS and WhatsApp messages through Infini Reach. All messages will be relayed in real-time through your registered device or WhatsApp instance. Choose your integration method above to start sending messages!

Device not appearing online?
Make sure you've granted all required permissions and the app is running in the background. Check your device's battery optimization settings to ensure the app isn't being killed.
