SendLater Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the SendLater Android app (package com.smsrelay.waphone), published on Google Play by InfiniReach ("we," "us," or "our"). It describes what SendLater does with information on your device and, if you choose to use it, what is uploaded to InfiniReach.

SendLater is a standalone app. It works fully on your device without an InfiniReach account. Linking an account is optional.

SendLater is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Summary

• Scheduled messages, auto-reply rules and the local inbox are stored on your device.
• Incoming WhatsApp message text and sender are processed on your device to run auto-replies and are shown in the local inbox.
• Nothing is uploaded to InfiniReach unless you optionally link an InfiniReach account.
• We do not show ads, do not sell data and do not use third-party analytics in SendLater.

3. Information we process on your device

3.1 Incoming WhatsApp messages

SendLater reads WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business notifications through Android notification access. From each notification it may process:

• The sender name or number and the contact or group the message came from
• The message text
• The time the message arrived

This information is processed on your device to decide whether an auto-reply rule matches, to apply the cooldown, and to record the message in the local inbox. It is not sent to InfiniReach unless you have linked an InfiniReach account (see section 5).

3.2 Scheduled and auto-reply messages

The messages you schedule, the recipients you choose, the times you set, and your auto-reply rules (keywords, business hours, contacts and groups, cooldown) are stored locally on your device.

3.3 Local inbox

The local inbox keeps a record of incoming messages, scheduled sends and auto-replies on your device so you can review them in the app.

4. Device permissions and how they are used

4.1 Notification access

Notification access is used only to read notifications from WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business so SendLater can run auto-replies. SendLater does not read notifications from other apps for this purpose.

4.2 Accessibility service

The accessibility service is used only to:

• Tap the Send button in WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business for a scheduled or auto-reply message
• Dismiss blocking system prompts that would stop a send from completing

The accessibility service reads the WhatsApp screen only while a send is in progress. It is not used to collect data, to read your chats in the background, or to interact with other apps. We do not use the accessibility service to log keystrokes or to take actions outside of sending messages.

4.3 Battery optimization exemption

SendLater asks you to exempt it from battery optimization so Android does not pause it and delay scheduled sends or auto-replies. This is optional, and you can revoke it at any time in Android settings.

5. Optional InfiniReach account link

You can optionally link SendLater to an InfiniReach account to view messages and send status in your InfiniReach workspace and dashboard. SendLater does not require this, and it works without it.

If you link an account, SendLater uploads the following to your InfiniReach workspace:

• The sender of each incoming message and the message text
• The send status of scheduled and auto-reply messages

Linked accounts also use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications from the InfiniReach service to the app. SendLater only registers a push token with InfiniReach when you link an account. Without an account, no push token is sent to InfiniReach.

Data uploaded to InfiniReach is handled under the InfiniReach Privacy Policy. You can unlink the account in the app at any time, and you can request deletion of cloud data as described in section 7.

6. Data we do not collect or sell

• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share data for advertising.
• SendLater does not contain advertising.
• SendLater does not contain third-party analytics SDKs.
• We do not upload your messages, contacts or rules unless you link an InfiniReach account.

7. Retention and deletion

On your device: scheduled messages, auto-reply rules and the local inbox are kept until you delete them. You can clear the data from inside the app. Uninstalling SendLater removes all of its data stored on the device.

In InfiniReach (only if you linked an account): incoming message data and send status are kept in your workspace while your account is active. To request deletion of this cloud data, use the data deletion request page or email support@infinireach.io.

Revoking any permission in Android settings stops the related feature. Unlinking the account in the app stops further uploads.

8. Children

SendLater is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through an InfiniReach account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. For data on your device, you control it directly through the app and Android settings. For data in an InfiniReach account, contact support@infinireach.io and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Security

Data stored on your device is protected by the Android sandbox and your device lock. Data uploaded to InfiniReach after you link an account is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision.
